1. Patent abdominal aorta

2. Right distal femoral and above knee popliteal artery stenoses. Successful laser atherectomy and 4 mm PTA
|
|
3. Occlusion of all 3 proximal trifurcation arteries with reconstitution in their mid portions
|
|
4. Successful laser atherectomy and 2.5 mm PTA of right peroneal artery with restoration of continuous flow distally
|
|
5. Successful 2.5 mm PTA of right posterior tibial artery with restoration of continuous flow distally
|
|
6. If symptoms persist, consideration can be given to attempted right anterior tibial artery recanalization
|
